It’s obvious; DBO Expert is experiencing phenomenal growth that shows no signs of slowing down.
This growth brings its share of challenges to customer service, to production and even to our company’s management. But the size of our team has barely changed. We cannot continue to manage this growth with the size of the current team – it is passionate and strong, and we want to keep it that way.
This is why, in the last few months, we have opened many positions that will allow us to take full advantage of our growth – including two members of the Management Team that we are introducing today.
Maxime Charron, National Sales Director
Maxime is an accomplished leader who has managed sales team within several companies, including a web agency and cell phone supplier. A strategic thinker, he will take up the growth challenge and develop our current and futur markets across Canada.
Daniel Auclair, Director, Finance & Administration
With over 25 years of experience in finance management, Daniel brings his leadership to this new position within the company. His objective is to implement internal control systems that will optimise our financial performance and manage operations to ensure the continued profitability and affordability of our produts.
